Your journey begins with a one-on-one call with Lexi, where we walk through how Invest 5S works, discuss your investment goals, and review available Texas investment properties in markets like San Antonio and DFW. This is your opportunity to ask questions, explore house hacking or VA-eligible options, and determine which properties best align with your long-term strategy.
Choose Your Investment Property
Once you’re ready, you’ll select the specific new construction investment property you want to move forward with, most often one of our turnkey duplex or fourplex built-to-rent properties in Texas.
Secure Financing
You’ll connect with our trusted, investor-friendly lender to get pre-approved. Thanks to our lending partnerships, we’re able to help investors access competitive, low-rate investment property financing, including options for house hacking in Texas.
Contract & Earnest Money
All contracts and addenda are reviewed and signed electronically through Dotloop for speed and convenience. To reserve your property, earnest money is sent directly to the title company:
- $5,000 for duplex investment properties
- $10,000 for fourplex investment properties
Under Contract Support
During the under-contract phase, our team works closely with you and your lender to keep everything moving smoothly. Because we’re both the developer and builder, communication is streamlined, and timelines stay clear.
Closing
At closing, you officially take ownership of your turnkey investment home in Texas. We provide a projected closing date upfront and proactively communicate if anything changes, so there are no surprises.
Property Management & Passive Income
After closing, our in-house property management team, Turnkey Rentals, takes over. From tenant placement to ongoing management, we handle the day-to-day details, allowing you to enjoy passive income real estate in Texas without the landlord headaches.
